Proyek Beta has rebranded to Bunker Books (www.bunkerbooks.io), post it’s acquisition by Bunker Technologies, a singapore based software company, that I had Co-Founded from the ground up.

I started Proyek Beta in my apartment while taking care of a 6 months old baby as a solo founder. Proyek Beta, until its official rebrand, is a fully bootstrap profitable company. Proyek Beta was 360 tech enabled accounting and tax firm for early stage and high growth companies across South East Asia.

Lummo (2021)

Build and Leading Bukukas and Tokko (later rebranded to Lummo) Finance Core, Accounting Tax and Finance Operations team from scratch, during which the Company raised $10m in a Series A and a $50m in a series B (later raised $80m in a series C).

Trusted to hold the CFO position, here are my key responsibilities and accomplishments :
- Moving the company ERP (Accounting System) to cloud based accounting, Jurnal.id
- Moving the hotel booking system from proprietary excel macro system that I made to proper Hotel Management System (COMANCHE).
- Design, deliver and analyze strategy, performance metrics, capital usage and P&L for all subsidiaries company
- Manage company and directors tax amnesty I in 2015

Upon joining as Head of Finance and Accounting my key accomplishments are :
- Build a computerized process for finance, accounting and tax activities from carbonized paper to automated Microsoft excels.
- Eventually lead and implement accounting software Accurate for the company bookkeeping operations.
- Hiring and leading a team of finance and accountant during the digital transformation.
- Standardized daily and monthly structured working paper and SOP.
- Create proprietary excel macro tools for invoicing, booking system and budgeting.
- Enable financial clarity that can capture fraudulent activity within the company employees.
